Return and Refund
At Shopbarbys, our goal is to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund.
Please note that returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is unsealed
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The product delivered is not what you ordered
- The size delivered is not the size you ordered
- Refunds will apply to items that are eligible for exchange but are no longer in stock
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to ‘My Orders’
- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Choose the reason for the return
- Provide your pickup or return address
- Select your preferred refund method
- Select your preferred return method
- Submit your return request
Note: All return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Packaging
All items being returned must be in their original condition — neatly packaged just as received, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they are safely delivered to us.
Rejected Returns
Upon arrival of returned goods, the product will be inspected, if we cannot validate the reason for returning a product, we shall redeliver it back to you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the return within 24 hours. Same 24 hours for refund as well.
